Our traditional New Years Pork & Kielbasa
New Years Pork & Kielbasa THIS IS DELICIOUS!
1-2 lb pork lion or tenderloin
2 T oil
2 springs thyme
salt and pep
4 lb kraut
1 lb kielbasa, cut 3"
Broil roast and kielbasa w/ oil brushed with thyme, salt and pep for 10 mins. Place 2 lb kraut in bake dish and arrange kielbasa around edges. Place roast in center. Put other 2 lb kraut on top. Cook 325 degrees for 1 hour. DELICIOUS!
